The Righton Speedy “I” Autorefractometer and Keratometer reliably tests for dynamic accommodative lag for those who complain of asthenopia. The Speedy I measures accommodative accuracy with a novel methodology to help understand the source of patients’ symptoms. It features a large, 6.5-inch LCD screen and employs accommodative microfluctuation with high-pass frequency 1-23 Hz.
