Nidek YC-1600 Laser (Pre-Owned)
The Nidek YC-1600 YAG laser is reliable and efficient as well as easy to use. It features single trigger operation for simple aiming and firing and exceptional focus adjustment capabilities. Additionally, the YC-1600 can fire in a single pulse or in burst mode for continuous firing at 2-3 pulses. The YC-1600 also incorporates several advanced safety features to ensure the doctor and patient are protected.

Fine Adjustment
The focus shift mechanism allows the user to shift the Nd:YAG laser beam focal point posterior or anterior to the aiming beam focal point by up to 500 mm, in 25 mm increments.
Precise and easy aiming
Dual aiming beams can be rotated at 360 degrees, allowing for the targeting of oblique tissues with greater ease and precision.
633nm Aiming Beam
The Nidek YC-1600 YAG laser features a 633nm wavelength aiming beam offering superior visual sensitivity, enhancing the speed and ease of operation. The 633nm beam is also safer to human eyes since it achieves the same intensity of a conventional laser’s 650nm with half the power output.
Fast Operation
In addition to the single pulse, a burst mode provides continuous firing at 2 or 3 pulses with a single activation of the trigger.
Stability
Automatic test firing is performed when the system is started and when the energy is changed. The energy value appears on the display, letting the surgeon check the power level at any time.
Safety Features
A filter to reduce the reflected Nd:YAG beam to 1/100,000 or less, an emission indicator to show when the laser is ready to be fired, and a diagnostic function to monitor condition of the laser are incorporated to ensure the safety of patient and doctor.
